# Coaching Platform Fit Pack

*An offline fit-assessment worksheet and preparation checklist for recurring coaching offers.*

**Who this is for.** You run an independent online coaching business with a paid recurring group offer — a membership, cohort, or community programme — that operates somewhere other than Whop, and you are the person who decides how the business gets paid and where the offer lives. Everything in this pack assumes you can look at your own systems, records, and written policies.

**What this is.** Two written working documents and a pricing note. The pack exists to help you do four quiet things: write down how money and access actually move through your business today; collect the offer facts any careful platform review would start from; mark which questions you cannot answer yet; and decide whether a fuller review is worth doing at all. It records your situation. It does not build anything.

**Offline boundary — please keep it.**

- No account is created anywhere, including a free platform trial.
- No application or form is submitted to anyone.
- No subscription is moved, cancelled, or created.
- No payment is made or tested beyond purchases already in your records.
- No message goes to a customer or to any platform because of this pack.

If any instruction anywhere in this pack seems to require one of those actions, treat it as a mistake in the pack, not a step you missed.

**What's inside.**

- `fit-assessment.md` — the main worksheet: your checkout and access workflow, observed problems or the honest absence of them, your subscription and refund terms, your platform and payment-instrument inventory, and an ending conclusion label.
- `self-serve-checklist.md` — the preparation track: where to find each fact, what to copy down exactly, and how to split "already answered" from "needs my action" and "needs a platform's answer".
- `pricing.md` — the proposed $0 assistance fee, the charges that stay separate, and the exclusions.
- `claim-evidence.md` — a transparency note kept inside the pack, mapping each factual statement about the pack itself to the research line it came from.

**Reading order.** If you want to gather before you judge, start with the checklist, then fill in the assessment, then read the pricing note. If you want to see the full question set first, read the assessment straight through and use the checklist to locate anything you are missing. Either order ends at the assessment's conclusion — an administrative label, not a verdict on your business.

**On the fee.** Assistance built around this pack is proposed at a $0 fee. That describes the assistance only. Whatever a platform or payment provider charges your business — subscription, processing, or anything else — is a separate matter, set and published in its own terms, and not something this pack speaks for.

**What this pack will not do for you.**

- It does not establish whether any platform would accept your offer. No worksheet can promise that.
- It does not set anything up, migrate anything, or operate anything.
- It does not assume that moving platforms would benefit your business — the evidence you record may well amount to "no observed problem", and that is a legitimate result.
- It contains no promise of savings, income, or any other outcome, because the pack measures nothing except the facts you record in it.

When you have worked through it, the right next step is whatever your conclusion says — including deciding to change nothing at all.
